Collaborative growth will be spearheaded by strengthening ties with our corporate partners, government and our affiliates to create a seamless, transparent ecosystem that benefits operators, drivers and passengers alike.
DIDITAL AND GREEN SHIFT
We will be rolling out our Electronic Fare collection system for a total cashless taxi industry. We are closely examining electric and low-emission vehicles for low input and running costs. We will be supporting women, youth and people with disabilities in the sector to actualise our commitment to equality and people centredness.
SAFETY AND PROFESSIONALISM
Thorough our Ndlelanhle Road Safety and Customer care programme, we will continue to champion road safety programmes, enhance driver training and robust customer care programmes aimed at raising the overall quality of service, fo the benefit our best deserving customers and associates.
ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
Taping into the taxi industry economy value chain, we will be broadening our income streams, expand our financing options pool, fostering entrepreneurship and ensuring the industry continues to contribute meaningfully to the GDP and job creation.
